If I were you, I would pay $9,000 for this car. I have enough with used cars - a lot issues with wear and tear.

Edmunds says my clean 2014 with 92K miles is worth $11K in my area. Therefore my Craigslist ad would read:

"Extremely rare low mileage Lightning Red 2014 BRZ Limited in perfect condition! You won't find another like this! $19K firm NO LOW BALLERS I KNOW WHAT I HAVE."

On a serious note, what a car is worth changes depending on where you are. There are places where they are in higher demand or the supply is smaller, so you might see people getting a premium for them. It might be worth $10K in one market and $13K in another. Your research has to include your zip code.
