Anyone want to share a room for Friday night for Buttonwillow on 4/12. I'm only running on Saturday.

Is there a place I can get or borrow a helmet?

I'll be arriving Saturday AM or else I'd like a half priced room

Enjoy. I'm planning on May 5 with CFRA; hopefully the weather won't be too warm that week for us.

That just means you need to go faster through turn 5.

HOD almost never runs the bypass. I think it's because they think it's more straight forward for the beginners.... ? The bypass can get sketchy

I've used Economy Inn twice. I was pleased overall. Paid 45.00 + tax per night. No meal, though. Not that I can eat the morning of a track day. Anybody stayed at both places before?

There were many BRZ/FRS owners driving at the NASA NorCal event at Thunderhill this past weekend. We ran the turn 5 bypass configuration (not up and then down the turn 5 Cyclone hill), and on Sunday ran the course clockwise (backwards = Llihrednuht) which was a blast! I hope to post some video soon in each direction.

Here's a great shot from Saturday in HPDE Group 3 & 4, entrance to apex of turn 10, running the counterclockwise direction. I'm third in line.
Photo by Head on Photos. The photo folder for this group is here.

Cheers,
Tom Clayton

I posted images of the many FT86 participants on a separate thread.
