The tune is tied to the license yes. BUT here is what will happen. FA20 can take that same tune, modify it with the new owner license. It be exactly Joeboxer's tune, but modified to be "flashable" only with he new owner license/vin.

It is NOT that Joe will give him the file by email and the guy will be able to flash it (that would not work), FA20 HAS to modify it and it will be delivered by FA20, not Joe.

Same deal with me man, Uncle Sam raped me this year! At one point I even considered selling the whole car to be rid of my payments. I'm consulting with an account to see if I can take any extra deductions that will lower the overall amount that I owe. I knew I would owe money, just not THAT much.
