Need some Lowering Advice / Rims

Aloha,

So i have had my FRS for about a year. Never really posted on the forums but looking for some solid advice.

I saved and bought my Volk TE37's 18'
9.5 back
8.5 front
Toyo Tires

Need to roll fenders and lower it so there are no rubbing issues.
Unfortunately after the rims cash is a little tight so i decided to buy some Megans Lower springs.
1.75 rear drop
1.25 front drop

Temporary till i can get some nice Coilovers.

Am wondering after putting on the rims and sprngs am i going to run into any problems?

Kbass

If you get an alignment properly you shouldn't really have any issues.
I am surprised that you have to roll your fenders though...
I have 18x8.5/18x9.5 enkei rpf1 and have lowered my 86GTS on Teins 40mm front and back (thats just under 1.75").
I have no rubbing issues even at full lock, and have more than enough clearance (legal here is at 100mm at the lowest point.
I don't have any adjustable LCA in the rear and after my alignment my rears are sitting at a very subtle 1.75".

Thanks Karl. I eventually want to go lower with coilovers and tuck the tread. Just being proactive. Thanks for the photos. Looks great
