I have the works stage 1. Planning on upgrading the turbo as well because I am getting use to current power level.

Question: Did you change the turbine housing as well? If so, can you specify the specifics of the turbine housing? A/R? Internal waste gate?
Unfortunately, I am unsure of the turbine housing specifications as we just used the entire turbocharger that Mike was using for the development of his MX5 turbo kit. I'll let @moto-mike provide the turbine housing specifics.

I notice that to you have a strut tower. Did it fit after you installed a water to air intercooler?

Strut tower clearance

I appreciate your reply. The reason why I asked is because I want to buy my own water to air intercooler. can you post a photo of the amount of clearance? Or if you can, can you indicate the approximate clearance? 0.25 inch? 0.5 inch? Thanks.

I apologize for the delay! There's about 3/4 of am inch between the intercooler and the strut tower brace.

No apologies necessary. Thank you. This info will help me in selecting the right size water to air intercooler.
