Turbo issues

Had my sbd500x kit for about 4 months with with oft tuned by shiv. Last week went and had rt tuning to dyno tune it with ecutek and and now the car doesn't feel right and lags like crazy any information would be greatly appreciated. Have dyno sheet but it wont let me download it.

Have you told the shop who tuned it about this? There are a lot of settings that can affect this, and a myriad of hardware problems that cause these issues as well. If you don't like the tune you were given, please tell them and have them fix it

R/T Tuning is a great shop, if you have any issues, you should definitely go straight to them instead of posting here. They wouldn't have given the car back to you if it had an issue like that while they had it, so something must have happened to your setup after you took the car back. Tunes don't just go bad after some time passes; there's always going to be a hardware issue that makes the car run differently.
