RUBBING with 17x9 +35
I'm running 17x9+35 TC105Ns with 245/40/17s and they're running pretty bad at -1.5 degrees of camber on my KONI struts. How much camber do you guys run with this wheel setup? I don't want to run wheel spacers at the track.

How are you getting your camber? With bolts or with top plates?

Try maxing out positive camber with a camber bolt and get your negative camber through a top hat.

you're either too low or your alignment is off besides camber. toe and caster?
Any pics of where you're rubbing? I would just mark your areas where you're thinking you're rubbing with blue tape and drive around and find out where your tire is touching the blue tape. thats where you can determine you're rubbing. otherwise 17x9 +35 with 245s should not be rubbing. Its a pretty safe offset |

That's crazy... I'm running 17x9 et35, albeit rpf1's, and 1.8 neg camber without any issue on stock struts. Are the Koni's much different?

More importantly, WHAT are you rubbing? Tire + strut? Tire + wheel arch? Tire + fender liner?
Please be more vague.

How much are you lowered? I'm lowered 1 inch on springs with the stock struts, same wheel/tire, same camber (SPC bolt in lower hole) and I don't rub anywhere.

I have -2.5* of camber up front on 17x9 +35 on stock struts and S-Tech springs. Camber was achieved by adjustable top hats (SilverProject) and camber bolts. I don't rub, and have a healthy amount of space between wheel/tire and spring/strut.
If I recall correctly, -1* is probably the safest amount to run up front without adjustable top hats. |

Probably rubbing on the spring/shock considering he said he doesn't want to run spacers.
Surprising since I run 17x9 +45 on coils and nowhere near close.
