Thank you @Wonderbar

I assume by your obvious knowledge you are an automotive design engineer specialising in aerodynamics?

As I said in my post here http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showp...5&postcount=18 I have absolutely no idea as to the cooling benefits the plate offers, only the bling factor. This is after having worked for Toyota as a product development engineer for many years, but I will only make a judgement based on objective facts, which I do not have in this case.

Where did you get that suitable blanking plug to that hole?
Thanks again.

I made it myself from a standard hood prop clip. I just cut off the clip part, and then sanded down and polished the remaining base.

No, all of my knowledge lies in just being a sarcastic troll on an Internet forum.

Being a product development engineer you should be able to look at it and see it won't do anything for any airflow across the radiator.

I'm just a nobody who is making no claims at any title. Just someone with 25 years of mechanical and auto sports experience making a statement based off of methods and systems that other people far smarter than me have figured out.

But hey, products with absolutely no data must work right?! I mean, the manufacturer tells is exactly what it does.
