All still rumors ... but this isn't a bad looking concept imho. Actually, it almost looks like a mini Rapide.

I don't think those got watered down. Ultimately its made up anyway, so nothing to worry about. |

If this were true, I can forsee one potential benefit of having a sedan with H6 as long as Subaru stamps one as well. Possibility of a factory turbo on a 2.8-3.3L H6? Could make for a very interesting aftermarket build with a strong enough block.

when i lived in new zealand i had a R33 Skyline 4-dr 2.5GTS. good car, def doesnt take away from the coupe or the GTR. sometimes the more pedestrian variants are a necessary evil so you can get the badass one you want.
i dont wish for an H6 sedan, H4 turbo is just fine w/ me. Weight balance becomes an issue when you cram a 6 where 6 doesnt belong, like the newest Acura TSX. |

the sedan pic is definately shopped.
rear doors have identical reflections as the front. doesn't match the rear 1/4 panel at all. also it's unlikely you'd have the forward protruding metal in front of the rear door hinges (at the bottom) unless the hinges were in front of the front door's catch. the ae86 never had a 4door version. that was a different platform called ae82 |

I would welcome it, actually. (If I could've found a 1JZGTE Chaser for the price of my Legacy, I would've bought it for my daily as a nice match for the Supra.) As for someone saying Toyota owns most of Subaru I think it's actually less than 20%.

But to be fair, I've never seen one in person sooo maybe it has some ugly dimensions I don't know about.

With that being said, if they used the FT-86/FR-S engine n chasis and developed a completely different sedan, that would be dope!
