The sales said he will call me once the order can be placed.

Thanks!

It is a huge disappointment that they won't bring us the Toyota center arm rest.

The only thing that I like about is the knee pad. I might consider buying it. Shark fin antenna looks good, but then I am concerned that it does not come in as satin white pearl. Also until my current antenna fails, why bother buy something that just look different with no functional improvement? Same is almost also true for the wheels. Unless my caliper quit after 10 years of use, I cannot imagine why I should replace them with these 'improvement'.

We'll see if its true when the features are officially released.

across all models:
  • shark fin antenna
  • gunmetal carbon panels
  • new exhaust tips

for the sport tech/limited
  • new keyfob

for the STi/special edition
  • Choice of: Crystal White Pearl or World Rally Blue.
  • only manual transmission
  • STi full lip kit
  • knee pads
  • black and blue alcantara
  • blue stitching
  • frameless mirror
  • red brake caliper
  • 17" STi black alloy rims
  • STi start button

I have a $500 down payment on mine. I was told there's more details coming by June.

^ New white definitely appears to be more white/less cream than SWP. Not a fan.

Saw a SWP in a parking lot one evening for the first time in months - forgotten how powerful and cohesive the car looks despite its diminutive size - impressed all over again!

Dude, just buy an armrest yourself, it's not a big deal.

I will. But if Subaru brings it over, it will be much cheaper and I can ask them to install it. Much easier.

I sent an email to a local (large) subaru dealer inquiring about 2015 release date, however already assuming they wouldn't have a correct answer. This is what I got:

Hello Dan

We have not heard of a 2015 BRZ being anywhere near. The next released vehicles are Legacy and Outback in July and August. The BRZ most likely wont be around until November/December. We have some great specials on the 2014 models if you would like us to work something out. Let us know.

It seems strange that it would be THAT late in the year, especially if the 15' FRS is "starting production" in May according to the chart that is floating around. Any thoughts? The few cosmetic changes to the BRZ are ones I actually would enjoy, but not waiting until after the summer season.

The earliest you would get it is September. Save some money and get yourself a 14 or 13.

Yeah I'm thinking that. I really wanted it by June. I have to order it since I'm getting (specifically) a WRB AT.

Not sure if the Sales Manager was joking or not. I received an email from the dealer today and said my car is built already and sitting the port in Japan. Car should be here by end of June.

Will keep you guys posted.
