Thanks man. I do want to drop it about an inch though. Nothing crazy as I have a few speedbumps and a slanty driveway I have to deal with daily.

If you're looking at springs, Eibach Pro Kit drops 1" on all 4 corners with 17 x 8 +35 Nurburgrings looks like this:

The Eibach kit keeps the spring rate ratio of front/rear (3.6k/4.9k) very close to stock (though a bit firmer).

If you're looking for slightly less drop and a more even front/rear spring rate ratio, I've heard great things about RCE Yellows, which drop 3/4" all around and have 4.5k/4.5k spring rates.

I like the drop on those Eibach's. That's what I'll likely do. Good price too.

Not a huge drop will make my stock struts last longer than being slammed. Cobb springs on my STi killed the stock struts in about 15k.

Yea it was a good deal. The guy had them on a Scion TC for 2500 miles, he blew the engine and just wanted them gone.

Do you have any pics that show how flush they are?

I love the look of your tire and wheel selections what size tires do you have on there 225/45/17's? I really like a thicker sidewall like this!

These are actually Kumho Ecsta LE Sport in 235/45R17 Y. I snagged them from TireRack when they were $96 per tire, and believe I got a $50 rebate on top of that. They're definitely noticeably more grippy than stock tires, and were only half of the Michelin Pilot Super Sports. Another interesting tidbit was the wheel+tire combination is only 0.86 lbs heavier per corner, according to manufacturer specs .
