I used to put it in the front pocket but found I never used it lol. I was carrying the Swiss Army knife and a regular knife because “thats EDC” but there’s no point for me. I don’t use them. Now I just pop a Fisher Space Pen in the coins pocket of my jeans. |

All "gun discussions" are banned? Not politics, but anything to do with guns in any way? That makes no sense. Tens of millions of people in the US are involved in all manner of related pastimes, from hunters to EDC'ers to Olympic athletes. This is not a valid topic of conversation? :headscratch: |

Beside having a clearly stated forum rule about it. Also a forum rule deprecating FF street racing discussion. Some people cannot get their heads around that one either.

What I am discussing is the reasonableness of that, not whether or not it's true. Quote:
I definitely know what you mean, but this is literally the only forum I've been on where the children can't "play nice" in a general discussion or off-topic forum. Even on forums dominated by left-coasters and Canadians (the mountain biking forums I am on, for example), it doesn't seem to be a problem. The rule here seems like more of a political statement than "crowd control". |

Understand all that from your point of view.
The owner is Japanese. He's allowed (freedom & etc.) to set the policies he wants. Personal beliefs, cultural attitudes ... There may even be government strictures involved if the servers reside in Japan. Don't know, doesn't bother me. Participate if you like. Follow the rules. German servers definitely have defined topics that are legally actionable.

As for guns discussion, it was fine for a while... but 4 idiot members (maybe it were 3) ruined it for everyone by pissing off Admin, so this is the consequences we gotta live by. This is the truth and sad truth of it. |
