New fr-s owner makin my 1st post.

I'll be taking my new lava orange FR-S to T'Hill on April 27th with NCRC for it's 1st outing. Open group. Lookin forward to seeing what the car can do!

I'll also be there on April 28th but I'll be in my other car in the Chrono group.

Last time I was @ Thunderhill on 2/8 there was a black FR-S in NCRC's point-by group. Was that anyone on this forum?

If so, I suppose I should thank you... that was the 1st time my gf got to see an FR-S up close and pretty much turned into the catalyst for us gettin one

Thanks. I had a glimpse of sunshine when I posted 4/27...then I fell off my chair and realized it's my cousin's wedding.

A couple us were in talks recently of doing a track day...we'll figure that out and be excited to post....

Juiced to run the FR-S for the first time this sat. Stickier rubber and new brake pads going on the car tonight.

Trying a new pad this sat that some of my buddies swear is trackable AND streetable. In my experience there is no such thing so I remain skeptical... guess we'll see.

Fluid and especially lines are nice-to-haves but certainly not requisite to a fun lapping day. I'm much more worried about grooving/scoring my rotors which is usually what happens when I go with anything less than a full track pad.

Like I said... we'll see what happens with these dual purpose pads.
