I disagree. If you give any of them anything they ALL will target you now as the sucker. A firm no to all of them and they will move on.

Well, master bath is now down to studs and sub floor. I'm amazed how little water damage there is. Despite their best efforts to contain it, everything in the house has a nice layer of dust. I guess I should just get used to it.

The trick is to make sure he knows you're onto his game. Then hire him to keep everyone else off of you.

Everyone is going crazy over Winter Olympic & New Toyota Sport Car Concept gonna be shown in Geneva... here I am, waiting patiently for my shoes to come in. lol

Haha nothing cool. Just simple Adidas street shoes. My current shoes are worn out, so just bought new one.

Haha Guff was lucky to go to Japan... I was planning to go back to Japan this yr, but due to unexpected expense (not shoes lol), won't be going til next yr.

Speaking of shoes, I'm trying to decide if I should buy a pair of shoes despite the fact that every pair of them I've gotten wear too quickly (possibly because I have wide feet and they don't have a wide option).. like, within 6 months the sides start peeling away because the glue doesn't last.

They just feel much better than my current shoes while driving especially.
