I would suggest you look at least a 3 bedroom house with at least 1.5 baths.

Why, because if you have kids ..... the bedrooms fill up fast. As far as more than one bath ..... that is to save your marriage . In addition, 3 bedroom houses have a higher and quicker resale value, if you should have to or decide to move.

Yes, more garage is always better .....

Well, I just thought I'd share our summer activities at the humfrz swim club.

The younger one was doing fine for the first day in the kiddie pool, however on the second day, she thought she was ready for the bigger kids pool ......

There's a house for sale about 10 minutes from me, it's kinda small (~1000 sq ft) but it has a workshop with a lift in the backyard. Very tempted....
