Is Works the only CARB legal turbo?

I was just doing some research and my searches on here and google have only turned up the Works turbo kit as the only one being CARB legal. Is this true?

Yep. The PTuning kit also allows you to retain the stock emissions equipment, but it's not CARB certified.

The PTuning kit replaces/removes the secondary catalytic converter in the front pipe, so it's not technically emissions compliant either.

Ah, I thought it only replaced the overpipe. Good to know.

Edit: on consideration, of course it can't fit in the OP area. Brain fart.
