I went with synthetic for 3 reasons:

1) I already had a number of JPM pieces covered in the material
2) It's lower maintenance than real leather (no conditioning, etc)
3) Real leather may have been 2 thick to actually fit in that gap between the two pieces. If it was bonded into 1 huge piece, that might have worked, but I wanted to keep mine separate.

Bonded Alcantara Dash Panels, Embroidered with Logo...Teaser

Here is the teaser of the Dash Panels: bonded together and with spacers to fit a standard double din, sewn in red thread, embroidered with JPM Coachworks logo. More pictures to follow of this piece tomorrow, as well as photo updates and product information for many of the items that are featured in the group photo of this thread.

Below is a HQ photo of the non-bonded dash panels.

Cheers
Andrew

Think I am liking the leather look for the dash panel... only hiccup for CDN BRZ owners are the silver fill pieces either side of the HU, but I think I could handle painting those...

They can build that in to the covered piece.

I just got happy in my pants!!!!

Andrew, is this mine or Gen's? If it's Gen's then I want mine just like this... it's totally awesome! The embroidery is even better than I imagined.

Talk about knocking another one out of the park... this is amazing... makes looking at that gaping hole in my dash all worth it!!!
