What did you bolt your tow strap to? I was trying to figure that out.

Left for work this morning, no backup camera. Cycle the key, nothing. Check the reverse lights, nothing.

Finally got a chance to pop the hood, nice sized rat staring at me. Found the wires he tore up, a good chunk of harness right under the brake booster. Violet wire looks like it's the backup signal. A smaller white-?? is chewed but intact, smaller blue-white is barely chewed. Large brown-white wire is missing a good section.

Looks like I'm coming in to work early tomorrow to pull my booster and repair some wires. And find a way to run that bastard off before he does more damage.

And just noticed the left drl is out. What a pain in the ass.

just some self tapping screws with a wide phillips head that I found at home depot...have about a dime size head and on some places you can use a bigger washer to spread out the load.

Today I got to work at 6am. Took the master cylinder out, took the booster out, propped the harness up and fixed a few wires. Reverse lights are back, reverse camera is back, left DRL is back

On a side note... Any one recognize this thing? It's a vacuum cap or something along those lines. The piece that's left is about the size of razor. Round rubber with a ridge and dimple on the end.

It was in the pile of debris from the repair above

I believe it is part of the rubber boot that the harness passes through on the firewall. It is one of those I cut off to pass the harness for my aftermarket gauges through. The harness passes through the center of the boot and there is a few of these nubs around the main hole.

Exactly this. I had to cut the tip of mine to route wires between the engine bay and cabin for my OEM Audio Plus install.

Perfect! Thanks a lot guys. Explains the little extra engine noise on the way home.

On the way to the garage. More fixing to do.

Couldn't resist the pricing my tire shop gave me, so I wrapped my black PP wheels with some Michelin Pilot 4S tires.

Such grip. Much wow.

Finally got the RCE "yellows" installed along with SPC front camber bolts and rear adjustable LCAs.

Took a few days over this past week in my garage by myself with 4 jack stands, racing jack and race ramps.

Torqued everything down, and went for a drive. Was actually expecting a much harsher ride. I'm impressed! It feels like OEM but with meatier tires, if that makes sense. Got up to 80mph and took some rough roads to listen for any unusual noises. So far no vibrations or weird sounds. Even turned full lock from side to side at low speeds.

Definitely getting an alignment this coming week as is recommended. Especially since I 'eyeballed' the camber bolts and LCA adjustable bolts. It felt a bit squirlier at high speed, but nothing scary.

Note the left (drivers) rear tire looks a bit faded - had to get it replaced due to a bolt I found while taking the wheels off. Said it wasn't repairable after I took it in to get it looked at and RoadForce balanced. Got a new one from Tire Rack shipped overnight since I got the Road Hazard program. Hoping to get some (if not all) reimbursement as it only had 4k miles. Gotta love Dallas roads...

Thanks to @Racecomp Engineering and @SPCPerformance! Hopefully the alignment goes well.

(Shark fin antenna removed - getting the roof wrapped later this week as well. Got a small piece of silver vinyl wrap covering the hole and listening to music via Apple CarPlay for now.)
