Good times today! 'Cept for the part where I got in trouble.

Take down your detector AND your mount wherever you park. Leave even no hints of valuables in plain sight. Ask me how I know.

@bcj, great to meet you! We must hang together again at the first opportunity.

Only recently have I been not burying my face in my phone when I'm out doing shit. Trying to dump some of my autism (well, in reality, overcoming some anxieties I have) much happier doing the same shit I've been doing for the past few years, except now I'm actually experiencing it, instead of just being there.

It's definitely hit or miss but I hope you had at least a bit of a good experience!

I do hate the part where they make you pay a bunch of money for a ticket. Mine definitely cost more than it was worth.
Sums up my experience

Good! I had that all in one response but I decided to wait. I figured it might have a little more impact on its own.

Master the art of appreciating the stupid little things and you will be blessed with a rich joyful life.

Laugh as much as you can.

It's a youth thing. We're all so fucking trained to keep our nose to the stone, and for good reason because we need to learn those skills.

But we don't have to beat ourselves up along the way, right? Fuck it. Take a load off. You're doing great!

Had a great time Friday night. Went to a brewery with my girlfriend and a friend of mine from work. Then we went to a burlesque bar and my girl was so drunk she tried to get up on the bar and dance with the girl who was up there dancing.

Nice to see this is what happens when you live in the moment.

Well, if you're asking in context of my getting in trouble, it's because good people can still do stupid shit.

I didn't really get in trouble. Just got chastised for driving over some precious bricks.

Drunken moments are still moments. Just a little more fuzzy around the edges.

It was great. Hell, even standing around for nearly an hour to get into the brewery wasn't awful. We stood around and shot the shit while we caught Pokémon.

Yes! It was so much fun listening to you and @bcj talk about the old cars!

I'm not really into the whole museum thing but you two made it fun!!

Glad you and Ms. Ultramaroon made it out. It really is a long drive and commitment, especially that early in the AM!
@humfrz, I spotted your car!!
