I entered that huge traffic circle (12 streets entering it) at rush hour with a massive misconception on who had the right of way. You see, at the time at least, the rules were different in France (Paris at least) than the rest of the world .......

As I understand it, incoming traffic still has the right of way in French traffic circles. Dontcha know, gridlock is the national pastime of France.

PS. I made it home without crashing yesterday.

You know a lot I will admit, but there is a certain part of the internet you don't understand. Also remember that conversation about 'periods' and how they influence emotion in a conversation? You've got some stuff to learn young padawan

Screw that. Sentences end in a period. Or an exclamation mark! Maybe sometimes a question mark? Besides these are forum posts not text messages so why would the text "rules" apply? Are we just going to eliminate proper writing skills in all mediums because some dumbasses think text methods apply across the board? The whole concept of ending a sentence with a period is somehow considered rude is dumb beyond belief.

LOL. I think it's more of an instant messaging thing, but I am most definitely guilty of reading things differently on forums as well because of the awkward position this type of communication sits in.

Also, most people don't learn proper writing skills until they hit post secondary education, and even then they may still be horrible. The internet being littered with high school kids I think is what mostly skews that because of our lemming-like social media population.

Drove in the snow, reduced visibility going same speed as traffic (80-90kmph) and a wild slow car appeared in the center lane. He was going probably 40-45kmph and could not stay in his lane.

I did not crash, but I prayed to the gods that I would not get into an accident. Wish those people would get off the highway.

I will never understand why they always stick to that center lane. Too difficult to just move to the right and go as slow as they want? Had the same thing happen today but the highway was dry and there was not a snowflake in sight. Some guy in a BMW doing 40 in the center lane of the 401 where everybody else is doing 120. Thought the truckers were going to push him right off the road.
I managed to get through the mess without crashing.

A BMW doing 40? is this some new tactic of Beemer assholery?

Hard to drive, be on the phone, drink coffee and read emails on the laptop all at once I guess.
It was one of the big sedans so not exactly the standard BMW driver stereotype.
Not sure if he crashed but he almost caused me to.

Yeah, staying in the center is the biggest issue. You just can't get space when you're passing them. I really wish they would just realize how dangerous it is to be a slow (or fast) driver.

Drove mine yesterday for the first time in over a month since it's got a wacky alignment still (hit a berm early at the last track day). Steering wheel needs to be turned 10-15 degrees right to go straight. Somehow made it home without any scares and in one piece.

Oh no! Get that fixed.

I was the lane-switching asshole "eager weaver" this morning coming to work in the rain. Did not crash.
