Nice pics and review...

Please post some pics of your ride with the new coilovers when you have the time and let us know if you adjusted the height or left it as it came from Bilstein.

Another issue is that the instructions doesn't even mention whether you need to cut the oem bump stops....but I figured if you didn't cut it you'll end up riding on the bump stops since the travel space before touching bump stops is very minimal. Or maybe they were designed to be used with full length oem bump stops....hmmmm. Some clarification here from the manufacturer would be great.
I have my own conjecture as well but sure would be nice to hear from Bilstein direct regarding the bumpstops.

I might order from RCE. The ones they ship with the RCE yellows. They are shorter but have a higher durometer rating. The OEM are longer but softer so if you cut them they *might* work but not sure at what diminished capacity.

Like I said.. best we hear back from the guys that design the thing...

Didn't know RCE sold those shorter bump stops separately? I think Koni sells shorter bump stops too....but not sure if they fit they'd Bilstein shaft.

Thanks. Sorry I didn't take any out-of-box measurements....was too excited to get them installed quickly. My current measurements are 1" lower from stock. Here are a couple of shots of how it currently sits. I think it needs to go down a touch more...especially the rears.

If you have wide wheels you might rub depending on offset and the camber adjustment methods used. I just installed mine and it rubs up front so I had to pull out my old spacers to temporarily fix the issue. I'll have to use camber plates instead of bolts since bolts make the rubbing worse by moving the wheel closer to the spring. I have some things in the works to fix this issue and also waiting on my raceseng rear tops to come in aswell so I'll make a review after the bugs have been fixed.

I have 18x9.5 +40 on 265's and lowering about 2" so once I'm satisfied with the setup I'll chime in to confirm it works.

I meant to hit you up to tell you that you'd be rubbing using these CO's...

Is the wheel or tire rubbing the spring or the collar? Is it b/c of the shape of the progressive spring?

Yeah I had a feeling I would but since the spring tapers down near the wheel I was hoping it wouldn't. I'm getting it figured out though so I'll be good.

The tire rubs on the spring and yes these springs are wider than your typical coilovers almost like stock.

Is there any confirmation on the bump stops? Reuse OEM? Reuse OEM but cut them? Order shorter bump stops from another company?

I had another look at the instruction manual, and although its not entirely clear, I believe you're supposed to reuse the factory bump stops without cutting. FWIW, I'm running mine on shortened bump stops without any issues....no clunking or noise whatsoever.

Perhaps you could try running the full length OEM bump stops first, then after a couple of months swap over to shorter aftermarket bump stops and see whether you prefer it that way. The rear shocks are pretty easy to remove and re-install to make this do-able within an hour.

Thought I read somewhere that Bilstein coilovers have internal bumpstops?

We don't have any on hand right now so instructions are scarce. The rears appear to be there already and fronts are hard to say. We'll have more in a couple weeks.

Several people have installed these without any issues so I would say the bump stops issue is well not an issue and easily tackled with the included instructions.
