Will be getting my firestorm wrap in carbon next Monday. Bought the roll, but chicken out at last minute to do the wrap myself. Local shops asking for 150-200 just for labor alone, and I have to provide the mats.

60 isn't too bad, did they remove the seal to the lights to frost it or modify the exterior of the housing? I see what you mean about the lens tint, does it retain its colour though?

you can get the overlays for the taillights from a vendor on this site (name slips my mind, pm me if you are really interested) for about $30 and i got mine with the turn signal cut out.

For you guys who have already wrapped your roofs, how much vinyl did you get? I'm looking at either 4'x5' or 5'x5' but i'm not too sure which. Any inputs? I'm going to get this done at a shop so I don't risk wasting all of that vinyl haha
Also, I might decide to wrap the interior panels with cf, what materials do I need do to this? a heatgun I assume. What else though? |
