The BRZ has a little power draw all the time, if you leave it for a week it will have a hard time starting on that little battery.

If its parked in a garage and you know you arent going to be using it connect up a trickle charger...no problem then. Hell ive killed mine 2 times over winter(i dont drive at all in winter) and a trickle charger has always brought it back to life.....one time i had to connect my stock car battery up for 30 minutes, then the trickle charger....voltage was too low even for the trickle charger after leaving it for 3 months over winter.

Thanks,

Any news on what the wait list looks like these days? I got my car paid off, I'm outside the power train warranty now, and I've got a bank account full of tax return money.

Battery Question,

My dump pack never used to drop below 19 volts when using the ESC at 100%. Now it's dropping down to about 15-16 volts. Is one of my batteries shot or should it be dropping that low?

I would check each battery individually with a voltmeter.

No harness is needed. You may need to make a new copper bar though.

@fenton would you mind moving the list to the 1st post on the front page and then put an arrow on the list where the last people you have sent the units toward? I feel like that would be the best way for us to track the incoming shipments without sifting through pages and pages to find the list. I don't mind waiting, this way we at least have something to look at
Thanks

appreciate the response sojhinn, but i would pay for the same clean setup that i saw in your last install video fit for all odysseys. i had to macgyver things to ensure the batteries didn't move around and the odyssey's are even narrower than the powersonics i'm using now.

You can cut the acrylic piece to make it more narrow and you can use some shrink wrap to clean up the eyelets.

I‘m sorry if this have been discussed earlier in the thread, but wouldn't a huge bank of supercaps be perfect for this application? They would be able to be discharged and recharged hard without being worn out like the lead acid do.
