Hi all. I'm from germany and I ordered an asphalt grey GT86 back in September and it is expected to arrive in December. Knowing my luck ,there will be a lot of snow when I get it.

Put Money Down yesterday

I have been looking at the idea of buying an FRS since I heard about them last year. I have been on this website for a couple of weeks looking at all the comments and input which really got me interested. Two weeks ago I test drove a barely used BRZ auto that showed up on the Subaru lot, the first ft86 I have even seen. Yesterday I put my money down on an FRS the dealer had already been allotted. They had all the specs and VIN and are expecting delivery sometime around the end of the year, maybe. I am pretty excited, although I live in snow country so I wont be doing much with it until spring. Looking forward to track days and lots of autocross which I have been doing for the last six years, mostly in a Honda CRX. I am a little older than the main demographic here, but no worries, we all share the same interests in these cars. I learned to drive in rear wheel drive cars and am looking to getting back to it. And I love the sports car simplicity of the FRS, I dont need GPS to get where I am going, I dont need it to park itself for me, and I dont need it to tell me when to put on the brakes. I just want to drive it myself. :happy0180:

How do I get my delivery date from Scion USA?
Call them with ur VIN lol

Hello. I don't own a BRZ but I do love these cars. My coworker has one that is just a blast to ride in.

Hello from down here in Arizona! Don't have an FR-S yet but I'm hoping this weekend I'll be trading in my Honda Fit daily driver for one. Nothing wrong with the Fit other than it being just a mundane econo car so I've been craving something a little sexier for everyday use

Hey!

I'm not sure. It was all normal driving (commuting mostly to and from job interviews and what not). My BRZ is stock but I do plan on throwing on a turbo later. Currently, it is at the dealership being inspected by the mechanics (they aren't sure if it's covered by warranty or not).

By the way, thanks for the warm greet.

Thanks for your response... Hmmm, if it was all normal driving, I would think it should be covered since they wouldn't find any signs of abuse or misuse... I don't see why they should deny you since the driver may not have been the culprit in this case...

Good luck, and I really hope they cover you if it turns out not to be your fault, especially this early in the car's life.
