Installed my Raceseng Slammer + Gunmetal Reverse Lockout yesterday. This is probably the 5th time I've fallen in love with my car all over again. I'm sure tomorrow when I put on my Greddy SP Elite Exhaust will be #6. lol

I wonder how that knob is going to feel in August? I had a Perrin shift knob on my first BRZ and it would roast my palm in the summer heat. The main thing keeping me from getting a knob is that I don't want something that is going to get blazing hot in the summer.

Yeah, this morning it was like an ice cube. Pretty much felt like I put it in the freezer overnight. I just convinced myself that it gives my car "personality" when it's hot or cold. Kind of adds life to it...at least that's what I'm telling myself. If Raceseng came out with a leather wrap for it then I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

Other than the hot/cold...it makes a huge difference that I didn't think was really possible. I wasn't sure what to expect and shift knobs have always looked stupid to me. Thought I'd just get this one and give it a shot to see what all the hype was about. I'm not disappointed at all.

It does look quite nice, especially with the reverse lockout.

I had actually ordered the Slammer and not the lockout, but after more thinking I realized I wouldn't really like a nice knob with the plastic OEM lockout. The Gunmetal lockout compliments the Slammer very well. It really helps the Slammer not look out of place like the plastic lockout does.

Gave her her mid-winter bath since it was finally warmer than freezing! Went through and got all the salt and chemicals off the undercarriage and where the deer took out all the plastics.

Here Is her 'good side' since she is still two-faced from the deer hit.

It was overcast out and damnit I fell for her again.

Your "Whiteout" FRS is so appropriate in Chiberia haha.

I feel your pain brother. I got stuck on this snow/ice mixture around where I parked. Chicago this winter is not like last winter, should have known this was coming. But bought my BRZ so recently, I haven't even had a chance to go buy winter tires!

What did I do to my BRZ today/yesterday you ask? I dug it out of the ice, then had 3 guys push my car so I barely make it onto the street. More like what HAVEN'T I done to my BRZ because it's so nasty outside.
