Ran into a Red JRSC FRS at Laguna Seca...

I apologize for not getting the opportunity to chat more... I was at the track 4 days straight and a bit zombied out...

No worries! After I brought the car by for a bit, I realized I nearly missed our group's next session and had to head out.

I did get Tada's autograph on my car though. That was cool!

I went over and checked out @sdlynx's car as well. It sounded awesome rounding the last corner and into that straight. You could really hear the whine of the SC.

That data logger and visualizer was pretty awesome! It ALMOST made me want to get back to coding again. Then I regained my senses. LOL!

I hadn't run Seca for a very long time, so I had to take the first session to refamiliarize myself with the track. By the end of the day I was feeling comfortable enough to take a little fight to a Camaro ZL1. He dusted me on the straights, but I kept him in sight at turn 11 every time at the last session. Well... until my fuel light decided to end my session.

There was a guy there with a newer white WRX STi that was on an even pace with me most of the day.

I was using Hawk HP+ pads that were just getting tormented by the braking at turns 11 and 2. They stayed strong, but became extremely noisy at the end of the day. I may try Carbotech pads next time at Buttonwillow 9/28.

Sounds like you may have cooked the HP+; they were definitely already overheated when I saw your car before your final session.

Ummm... Before NCRC at Buttonwillow Sept. 27th for sure!

Thought you'd appreciate the decal right behind the front wheels...
