Spyder Auto LED link for half price tail lights

Ok, so $980 is ridiculous for the lights but obviously everything is jacked up in price at the show, I've been to the show several times and know how it goes....

If anyone is considering the purchase and can't wait for improved ones to come out, Here is a link you can buy them for $500

Why don't you red out the stock tails yourself? Or if you're willing to pay for a professional job, take them to a body shop. That costs much less than buying another set of lights. =P

Yeah I think if you want different tails the way to go is the Spyder ones. If you want something like the Grazio's then might as well paint them. Unless you're baller and have about a grand to drop on them.

I like the look of tails that aren't painted or wrapped...that's why that is something I am trying to avoid. However, some of the pro jobs on here look great in pictures...maybe I can be swayed.

The ones that are professionally painted look amazing. I think they use something called "kolor candy" or something? There have been a few posts of them somewhere here.

I just got my spyder auto tail lights put in today. In direct sunlight they are just a little pink just like the clear factory BMW lci tail lights that came on the e60.

Really not that bad. In the dark they are absolutely amazing. I think people following me will have no idea what car is in front of them. I would guess maserati.

Any chance we can get a picture of them lit up in daylight?

Is that a fully Rocket Bunny kit I see? So sexy...

Edit: So how much did you pay for the taillights? Is the MSRP listed at SEMA accurate? And I thought they weren't going to be available until next month?
