FBM/Arias Forged Pistons

We've been working with Arias for years on custom pistons. Today we received our F20a pistons.

This is the same design that Arias use in their VR6 and Porsche DI motors with great success.

We will be releasing our 1000hp rods shortly

86mm bore 9.5:1 Compression with HD wrist pins

Since Im sure I'm not the only person thinking it I might as well go ahead and ask;
What is expected to happen with the DI mixture since it doesn't have the "special" shape as the factory piston?
Apparently not all spray patterns for DI systems are the same or so I've heard, etc etc.

This was our concern as well but Arias have been building pistons forever and they assured us that it will be fine.

We will be testing these as soon as we get a chance.

With this being an open deck block, is there even a potential for it to be a high HP engine?

We've used 9.5 - 10:1 on builds over 30psi before. On pump gas, I am going to guess somewhere around 450-500hp.

I don't see the open deck being a problem but it is too early to tell.

They will be built to handle 1000hp but I don't think we will try for that. I love the way this car drives and I've turned too many of our cars into race cars lol
