That would be mounted in the grille, no?

I'm not an expert on the FR-S bumper, so inform me; is there something there for the screws to go into? I know a lot of cars have fake mesh all over the place now, and I seem to remember that the very top of the grille on the FR-S was solid...

Either way, you're probably right.

There are two very hard to see little dimples on black plastic grill as drill points but I never bothered mocking it up to the plate holder because I have no intention of putting it on.
