Oh my, the UEL and EL both sound incredible. It looks like the UEL have more peak hp and torque. That's interesting....

Interpretation is he UEL made the most power/torque and sounds great. Not a lot of peak power gains but up to 10 ft-lbs at some points in the power band. Wonder if the gains would disappear after tuning like we've seen with other headers.
