Ha, so now I'm a bad person for paying full asking price on a bike a friend sold to me because he didn't ride it once since buying it.

You seem to be grasping at straws for something to say to bring me down here. Good try!

@Cole I ended up ordering that sweet Nurburgring shirt from DNBK and it arrived yesterday. The shirt quality and sizing is on point, they don't run small at all, seems like L actually means L.

Now that I know the quality is legit, I will not hesitate to order more if a design strikes my fancy. But yeah it sounds like he changed his t-shirt supplier/upped his game. Highly recommend ordering his shirts now. Thanks again for the tip.

Meh. Just amazed at the double standards you apply to everything.

Did you call insurance and ask them the question yet?

Yeah, my more recent shirts have all been ok. I recommend not ever drying them, as the designs fade kinda quickly if you do. I'm probably going to be doing an order in the next little while.

What double standards? Like buying motorcycle for EXACTLY what the asking price was? And even while sending the guy the money, saying that I felt GUILTY for the price I paid, yet he reassured me it wasn't a problem to him since he just wanted it gone?

I find it kind of interested how often you assume things, especially on topics that are far out of your knowledge.

No, insurance hasn't been dealt with yet. Still need to shop around and find out what the best deal is going to be. And, I can't register it yet, since it still needs to have a safety done, and I can't do that until I have access to a truck. I need to drive to my parent's place and swap my car for my dad's truck for a few days.

Not assuming anything. Just working off your statements.

So what's the difference? You assumed I lowballed the guy, instead of just scoring a great deal.

Yep and the guys lowballing you on stuff are just trying to score great deals as well but we sure hear a lot of whining about it.

I knew you paid asking price so wasn't assuming anything.

Except that I didn't lowball, and paid asking price. Kind of like the time I bought an OFT for 300, which again, was the guys asking price.

So I'll ask then, what's the parallel between me paying asking price on something that's a good deal, and me complaining about someone lowballing my asking price by 50%? Since I really don't see any relation between those two?

Again, I think you're grasping at straws to make me look bad here for some reason? Or maybe you're just having a rough day and are trying to take it out on me?
