DRL condensation.

Oh, you only have condensation at the rear of your car...that's cute.

27,xxx miles. Driving through sleet last night, got out to fill up with gas and clean off headlights and noticed this. In the "peak" of the DRL LED lights on either side of the car condensation had formed.

I'm also dropping my car off next week for my 2nd set of replacement tail lights since the first replacement set both have condensation.

I'm thinking about just taking out all my housings and sealing them up myself.

Yea I've had this for awhile on the drivers side.. I should probably just go and have them order new ones.. I've just been too lazy to go over there.

They are something like $140 each. Not that you have to pay for them, but after warranty you will...

it sounds like it doesn't matter how many times you replace this, its always gonna happen. its a design flaw on toyota/subaru.

Don't bother ordering new ones.

Mine had condensation and I had them replaced under warranty... New ends still get condensation, just like the taillights.

I was told by Subaru parts/service that the lights are meant to "breath", but they could also be replaced under warranty if I wanted to. I'll probably get them replaced be fore warranty is expired.

What's the chances that the 2014 MY will actually fix these issues?

I took my car through a touchless car was recently and only after that I had condesation in the DRLs. Most of these "sealed" units are actually vented. I'm sure it will dry out eventually. No biggie.
