For those of you who have purchased this product how long did it take before you received it after you ordered it. It's been almost two weeks for me and as far as I know it is still waiting to be made.

I was just at the JPM workshop on Thursday. They have a huge stack of cluster hoods they just received from Subaru, so you should see yours soon!

The long wait may seem a little disconcerting, but after seeing how everything is done by hand with great attention to detail I can absolutely say that it'll be worth the wait. Their customer service is top notch and I would recommend JPM products and service to anyone!

Thanks for your response, and good things are worth waiting for.

This is normal.
Since their products are based on OEM Subaru parts which they order through SOA they are subject to the parts availability issues that the dealerships face as well. This car has been on the market for less than a year so Subaru is still trying to get parts stocked stateside in their warehouses. It can take them up to 2-3 weeks just to get the parts in.

Also remember, this is a custom, built-to-order product done by a very busy small shop employing craftspeople and puts the emphasis quality over quantity. They pride themselves on the quality of their work and so they will take the time to make sure that each product is right before it ships.

I waited almost 5 weeks for my original order to finally arrive, mostly due to them waiting on the OEM parts for them to convert. I have all of their currently available products for the BRZ and I can assure you that the product is worth the wait.

Just PM them. They're very good about responding and gave me a time-frame for when my stuff would be shipping. It's definitely very tough to wait.

I must have ordered at the perfect time. Shift boot, e-brake boot, and the cluster hood were delivered 1 week after ordering. I was prepared to wait a month, but it was a very nice surprise.

Did you happen to get eyes on my interior while you were there (dash, door panels, etc)? How's it looking?

I didn't actually...there were actually a lot of parts being worked on at the time - I'm planning on dropping by again next week. I could check for you then if they're not quite done yet.

I received my alcantra gauge cover and have to say I am extremely pleased. JPM really does a great job and I will definitely be doing business with them again.

Just received my Gauge Cluster, MT Shift Boot, and Ebrake boot in ALcantara for my BRZ. Only ordered it about a week ago so really impressed by quick delivery. Alcantara matches perfect to BRZ Limited material. Installed the full Ebrake boot replacement while on lunch and noticed it fits snugger(snuggier? more snug?) than OEM, and this is a very good thing. The front clips would pull out with OEM pleather when ebrake was extended fully, dont see that happening now.

The last picture is funny. Can't wait to get some work done by you. @JPM Coachworks. So its possible to send in your own pieces to be wrapped to save possible part delays?
