Unhappy Front Pipe for Automatic Frs Help!!!

Hey guys I’m new to all these car mods and all that, but I recently just got the Perrin 2.5 Resonated Catback and the sound is definitely more noticeable than the stock but I want it a little louder. Not as loud to the point where it disturbs neighbors but louder than the resonated. I want to change the resonated front pipe to another one but I’m not sure which other front pipe to choose, also keep in mind that my FRS is automatic transmission. Someone help pleaseee

Hello adrianser and welcome to our forum.......

Someone will be along shortly to help you decide on another front pipe.

Some may tell you to search ......

Some may tell you to keep what you have ....... (like me)

Someone will make a recommendation and point you in the right direction .....

Berk Catless or High-Flow Cat. Reasonably priced and fit automatic as well

I have the Berk catted front pipe on AT. Had to readjust it once but it fits fine as long as you pull it towards the passenger side when bolting it down. Dolt the catback up last and it'll be easier to adjust everything.

I have the HKS dual resonated front pipe and it will make your exhaust quieter. Your Perrin exhaust will get louder over time, mine did. So much so I replaced it with something quieter.

I added the berk catted front pipe to my Perrin 2.5 resonated on my BRZ. I have since gone catless and have the berk FP up for sale. PM me if you're interested, I can ship.

Did the berk catted front pipe increase your volume compared to when you only had the perrin 2.5 ressonated?

So far as I can tell OP has the stock front pipe. If this is so then the HKS front pipe will make his car louder.

Also, here's a p.s.a: RESONATORS =/= MUFFLERS

Most aftermarket Front Pipes will make a marked increase in exhaust volume and drone.
