This sub-thread is getting old, I wish people wouldn't carp on about it.

If only the scales showed lighter.

Maybe the tunas will come up with a flash. Otherwise, it's a blowfish among stingrays.

When I was still in college I was sort of seeing a young fish, not quite of age. We didn't want to risk pregnancy so

Quick question. The B58 (Supra engine) mpg is what (estimates)?

20/30?

Turbo I guess drops mpg by up to 5? 18/28?

I’m just wondering.

The 2018 440i is rated 21/32/25 with the 8A. That might be the closest comparison we have right now, being they both are coupes.

Although the Supra is overall smaller, lighter, and probably relatively slippery in shape, that might be offset in the pursuit of downforce, use of grippy tires, and changes to the transmission logic.

Best case scenario might be 20/30, but I wouldn't be surprised to see the city numbers being higher but highway numbers being lower.

Thanks. I hope it’s around there. I know most people don’t look at mpg for sport cars but I do. It’s one of my selling points.
