TRD spoiler looks great! Did you opt to drill in the two bolts for the install? My FiveAxis has come off for the 4th time since the first install because the tape just won't hold it.

Also, where did you acquire your shift knob? I've been searching high and low for one but can't come across it since it's discontinued.

Good to hear I'm not the only one. Damn thing is being held in place by the two ends. The center is not in contact with the body at all. I'm gonna take it off, sell it and get the SARD style wing paintmatched.

Thanks man ! I did not drill it, I've remove the stud from the spoiler (I've cut away all the added section for the stud) but the TRD really fit properly with the body line so it hold up really well !

For the shift knob, I got it a while back in 2012 if I remember correctly when it was still available. TRD must have stop making this one with all the replica

@StraightOuttaCanadaEh For what ? The TRD spoiler or the Ceramic Pro protection ?

The Ceramic Pro. I also want to get it done but first there needs to be some paint correction or something

Yeah, price really depend on how your car paint is.

The "regular" price with full decontamination, rims protection, polish, Aquapel and the Ceramic pro is 700$ CAN. It may seem pricey, but the price of the Ceramic Pro jumped a lot recently...

That's actually not too bad. I think Opticoat was much more expensive

Ironically, I actually have the opposite problem. The middle will stick just fine, but the sides keep lifting. I'm thinking it might be the California heat combined with having a black car, but double sided tape has never given me this much of a problem.

I was considering SARD as well, but I also feel like I'm either going to end up with some other lip that will drill into the trunk (which really only seems to be TRD from my research) or go with a Votex Type 2.

I see. The FiveAxis fitment is pretty spot on so I'm curious if the TRD would hold better. I personally prefer the slimness of the FiveAxis but it's been too much of a headache.

I wouldn't be surprised, all I can find are replicas nowadays. Might end up just going with a different knob if I can't track one down.

It depend on witch application of Opticoat, but for what is it, 700$ is worth it. If you want to make a trip to Mtl, Joey is really a pro and he really take care of everything... I'm a bit (well a lot) OCD for my car and he his the only one who touch my paint since I've met him. It's kind of far away but anyway, PM me if you want info to contact him!

@HachiRolle Mmm weird for your spoiler. In our local community I've seen no one having problem with this one, but yeah must be related to Cali heat

I actually bought over here an other real TRD shift knob, the one design for our car (black leather with red stitching) and I'll be selling it sadly. When I've installed it, I've missed the feeling of my TRD Duracon (using this shift knob since 2004-05 in all my cars) so I've put it back. I had the black one too in my ex Corolla XRS and I've sell it with the car... I feel stupid now

Some threads never disappoint, this is one of them. Great car, that spoiler should have come stock.

Do you know if the 2013-16 TRD intake fits these cars? I have searched high and low and have not seen a single example of the intake being on a 2017 MT, only on AT, I'm wondering if it can't connect to the throttle body properly or something, I ask because I had been planning to get that for my car when I get it sometime next month.

It can fit but don't waste your money on this... the MT 2017 air box is better than that!

Yeah I kinda figured, honestly I just wanted it because it cleanly deletes the intake tube, plus the red coupler and red TRD logo look nice and you can find them pretty cheap now that they've been out for a few years.
