I'm glad to see you've chosen a wheel outside of the "norm." Very nice! I'd imagine your 18x7.5 +48 wheels provide a flush fit and have more than enough clearance?

Functionally, the 18x7.5 +48's are fine especially with the lightweight forged Volk wheels and on stock power like I have it right now. They're also the exact size of the 18" TRD wheels from Toyota. Cosmetically, the +48 offset is conservative and looks too sucked in with a 1" drop. I'm actually running 30mm spacers right now in the rear to make things flush. I had spacers in the front too, but didn't like the way they impacted the steering feel.
