Well I hope they yanked the seats ASAP

My cousin owns a pest elimination company so I hear all about rat stories. The biggest and more expensive homes always have the worst rat problems...more real estate to live in and not get found.

i know this is laughable and they don't care but it is less likely to find them there than other types of residencies like apartment complexes or out on a farm. made the thread to vent my frustration. also curious on how many people have had similar problems

Forget about Rats and Mice, Squirrels can do a lot of damage too.

$1,500.00+ in electrical damage...

Loads on here have had rodent issues. I bet there are 10+ threads. If I recall correctly most were squirrels in "nicer" neighborhoods and not out in the boonies.
It is the damned suburban, punk ass, rebelling against rich mommy and daddy squirrels that are the issue

The nice simple rural mouse is happy in the barn

I wonder if the twins use that soy-based wire insulation that has led to so many problems with Toyotas and some other makes.

Did you know Toyota has an anti-rodent tape meant to cover wire looms? It apparently has capsaicin (red pepper) to keep the bastards away.

I would probably put a rat trap under the sear once you get it back. Just for a week or so just to be sure if your worried about it.

The way I drive and with my luck it would just activate and cut airbag sensor wires and cause more problems for me.

The shop is covering everything and getting me new sard seat cover replacements

Apparently my car wasn't the only one this happened to.

Oh good, at least they are taking responsibility for the issue and not trying to deny it.
