FYI ,I believe you would get a little emissions CEL if you use the dbox with the CARB tune.

Starting to reconsider Flexfuel since I relocated to an area with E85 stations all over the place. Those who have the SC and flexfuel, which kit did you end up with and why? Any one experiencing the any of the common E85 trouble like cold start, etc?

Also, with the added power, I will be considering upgrading the clutch, but I'm actually not a fan of a lot of aftermarket clutches (too heavy and difficult for daily driving, which is what I mostly do). Anybody have any recommendations for a good street focused clutch that can handle the additional power? Or would the stock clutch be ok?

Delicious FF kit w/ MK1+ upgrade, Delicious FNG, Injectors, Fuel Pump, and ACT HDSS

You shouldn't have any cold start issues unless its below freezing out.

Looking for a ride in an Edelbrock E-Force BRZ/FRS to experience this kit.

Any Sacramento/Roseville area E-Force owners around?

Thanks!

Michael

Exact setup I have. BUT I do get e85 start up issues at 40 degrees and lower. I just put a gallon of 93 in it and it helps!

That seems to be the more realistic consensus. Do you get any of the idle hunting issues? Also, any daily driving impressions of the ACT clutch?

Log the start, and send it to DT.

I have zero issues starting my WRX, which is also on a Delicious tune, and Delicious FF MK1+

I get idle issues when it's cold out. Inital cold start (40 degrees or colder) it jumps to 2k then stalls out within 2-4 seconds. Second crank normally gets it. But on the second crank my idle drops and raises non stop until it's been running for 45 seconds (roughly)

But once it's warm, ZERO issues at all. I'm very pleased.

As for the clutch I love it. Mike recommend it to me and I've had zero issues. No lockouts or anything so far. The clutch feels stiffer to me. But I dig it

If you end up deciding to get one, I'm selling mine for $4100 (new EcuTek license will need to be purchased for $350). It has 11K miles on it. Analog vent boost gauge (digital display) included.
