The coldest shower I ever took was at Fort Benning, GA in July of 1966. I was attending the IOBC (Infantry Officer Basic Course) (like basic training for officers) and we had just completed a three day and three night jungle training course in the swamps of Georgia.

It was about 100 degrees F and 99.99% humidity at about noon, when they decided we needed a shower before they loaded us onto "cattle cars" (2 1/2 ton trucks) to go back to the fort.

Yep, the whole class stripped down to naked and was given a bar of soap. They then turned on the bank of outdoor shower heads and ICE WATER poured out (well it felt like it). I reckon the temperature shock was all part of the training -

Time fer ma nap -

use your phone in selfie mode, and you don't need to worry about foggy mirrors.

plenty of anit-fog products on the market. Barbasol (R) shaving cream also works in a pinch. Spread (light thing coat on mirror, wipe off with dry cloth)

but if your mirror fogs up super bad, then your bathroom ventilation fan isn't powerful enough, or you need to install one.

happy shaving.

Smear shaving cream on the mirror, wipe it all around then wipe off. The mirror will now stay fog free for a long time. It really works.
