According to their ad:

"The Edelbrock E-Force Stage 1 Street Supercharger System part # 1556 for 2013-17 Scion FR-S, BRZ, or Toyota GT86 increases the performance of your 2.0L engine to 242 horsepower and 186 ft/lbs. of torque at the rear wheels."

Which would be closer to 70 some HP.

Yep, sometimes it's just hard to shake old habits -

I bought and sold three houses (my personal residences) within a mile of where ol Sapphireho lives, so I'm familiar with the area.

Also, I was a real estate broker for over 10 years and bought and sold hundreds of houses for clients.

I just completed a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) on his property in San Jose.

That background and experience led me to the comment about his property and his competition, as far as his pricing, having 3 bedrooms vs. 4 bedrooms.

Now, when you are ready to get the hell out of the Midwest, come on out to Washington, to our naturally air conditioned climate, with air that ain't been breathed before, and I'll find you a nice little retirement place up in the mountains.

Seeeeee…….just don't set your phone down on the same table where you stash your pot, especially when it's recharging -

Sometimes a 10-20k investment lets you sell the house for 50k more. Sometimes a 10-20k investment lets you sell the house for 5k more.

Nah, most of the measles outbreak was down in ol @Ultramaroon 's neck of Washington. Yep, when you get down close to the Oregon border, the population becomes more unwashed, un vaccinated and they are genetically less diverse -

Escape room performance is not related to a darned thing in real life.
Abstract thinking, problem solving, teamwork, the list goes on. The fact you state you stood and shot the shit does indicate you didn't grasp the concept at all.

It depends on the type. What HR would consider "team building" where you bring in some "expert" that couldn't get a job so created a consulting firm where you have adults through twine balls around, or climb over ropes courses to "get in touch with each other" I avoid at all costs.

If its something I'd do with a group of friends, more like a social activity, like say bowling or WhirlyBall, or a night at Dave and Busters, I'm all in.

I've done this once at work, and it was OK, but I had all the problem solvers on my team, and at least 3 of the 6 had done Escape Rooms before. We were out of the room in under 30 minutes.

My family has done it multiple times on vacation. We get a kick out of it but then we've always played games together. Our favorite one was a virtual reality escape room. You are all wearing VR headsets sitting in a chair. In the game you are stuck in a space station (therefore free floating and getting around using a sort of Ironman propulsion system on your hand).

We wasted a lot of time waving at each other and virtually running into each other sending the other person spinning across the room.

We almost didn't escape because at the very end you had to sit in an escape pod and push a button. One of the five of us had a character glitch when he sat down and it looked like he literally had his head up is rear end. His view in his headset was exactly that. We were all laughing so hard we almost didn't release the escape pods in time.

Have done escape rooms about 6 times now.
And they told me all those hours playing Zelda would never pay off!

The claim is it's way more expensive than Chicago... But I can't make my comparison numbers look as bad as most articles (or work... since we have offices in both places and HQ is out there and I've seen 1% at best for 4/5 ratings...)

Also our old house was on the market nearly a year. "Too small" yet it was similarly less $... "Not foreclosure priced!" Yet it wasn't foreclosed, needed no work to move in, newish roof/furnace... Lost 35% to sell. Renting a similar place would have saved us 10%.

Biggest scam ever. Especially with the new "tax cuts" (7% higher than last year...)

Unfortunately, renting isn't a good option either. Too many restrictions. Couldn't have my workshop, use the garage for working on the car (assuming a garage exists), build the home theater...

Whee.

How far out in the mountains? My wife is a city person... I'm not. And we both love the PNW.
