Those numbers look fantastic. How does the car hold up on heat soak? The super short runners seem to really help out.

Its going to be a handfull thats for sure! will have a few boost settings so its not going to be dailyed at 300 (it could) more for my own safety then the engine not being able to.

I honestly will have to test it and see. Its been 35+ here with like 80% humidity or something for the last 4 odd weeks it was on the dyno all day. We actually stoped cause it was just to hot yesterday and around 296rwkw and fired it up early hours before it got insane and it already shot out the 303 number. Boost has been brought on not as sharp as it can simply cause trans not holding.

Turbo is a 3582 its low mounted up the front but you litterally cant see it. Even looking in the engine bay you may get a glimpse of it but you have to really get in close its hidden away nicely.

ATM the software is BRZEdit But I think Tony might be looking at ecutek in the near future but not to sure.

Thats actually the heat exchanger at the front. It runs a W2A setup. Which is sitting under that "Coyoda" labled box at the front of the engine bay. The intake they used to use the standard one so it looked even more stock but issues were to hard to get oil lines in for oil coolers etc. So now there custom making that intake the pod sits in the bumper. Harder to change and check but much more room in the engine bay it self.

Keep in mind this is on an auto. I was going with a 3076 but Tony/Al said with the auto it will mask a bit of the lag anyway and they were very keen to see if they could fit the new bigger turbo down there....and they did!.

Only issue we are worried about is the auto not handling enough power. I have a spare to be built if needed but we will play it by ear. The setup is making alot of torque it should be a blast.

Hope that answered most questions just quote again if I missed any will try and reply

hmmmm brzedit.. n 3076.. u got my attention

Yeah on a Manual and and the right rear housing 3076 will still get 300rwkw even on Tonys dyno. If the auto trans held more we woulda pushed the 3582 more but its no big deal im more then happy how it is and running. Auto trans seems to be sapping about 10% odd in power from engine to wheels.

But god it flys . Still only running on low boost till im a bit more used to the power. Then ill swtich it up

What 3076 is it? I heard they use their own 'coyoda' turbos?

Do you know if it would be the equivalent to the new Garrett GEN II GTX3076R's?

Hey mate,

Im not sure exactly how it works with there turbo. But its theirs yes but based on the 3076. And a smaller one for the street kit. Im not sure how it compares exactly would need to ask them more for that one sorry.

Just became aware of this thread. Happy to answer any questions, but be warned I won't be on here much and I can be a grumpy prick. If there's enough interest I may be able to get Turbo Yoda to register also.

Wait wait wait. Who cares who makes the turbo housings. What and who makes the core? Last thing is someone pushing 400hp on a cheap mystery core that comes apart and eats a motor. Are we talking garrett core or ebay china, china maybe?

Stimmed's car has an FP Black turbo. FP used to use Garrett cores, but switched to Xona Rotor.

Myself and Turbo Yoda tested a massive combination of cores and housings (including Garrett, of which he is a dealer) during the prototyping process to determine what we would put our brand on.

There are many turbo kits for these cars that are China specials. The Coyoda turbo systems do not fit into that category.
