Yikes. No way this car is worth that.
How much does the average 4-door sedan go for in Norway? |

I recently went to a dealer in the NE and got offered an FRS for 22k by the manager. No other fees, at 1.9% financing. I'm deciding between the FRS and the Camaro. I can get a Camaro for a grand less at 0% financing. I'd prefer the FRS. That seems like a good price, but the 2015s are coming out soon. Anyone get a better deal than that on a leftover 2013?

My mom and pops went to 4 dealers with a cut bank check and found the one that really wanted the sale and willing to negotiate. BTW, he was in the Navy for 24 years and doesn't mess around and neither does my mom. They laughed and walked out at one dealer who tried to sell a Raven Monogram for 32k. They're very mild mannered nice people, but they could be sharks if they wanted.
Anyways, the dealer did a car swap with another dealer 70 miles away to get the Whiteout Monogram. They could only go down so far (Pure Price is BS BTW), then you make them give you stuff they could afford to throw in for free (dealer installed options are parts/labor). Honestly, buying a car is a game and if you know how to play it, it's pretty easy to get what you want for the price you want. Oh, and the college rebate my mom got for getting a 2-year degree at the local CC this past year. Last edited by Randiesel84; 04-10-2014 at 01:11 AM. Reason: it's all in the details |

If you plan on upgrading your car your better off getting the base model FRS... But the BRZ certainly has quite a lot of comfort features as opposed to the FRS. If your want the nifty features the BRZ has and you plan on spending that much your better off going to get the BRZ as you ca haggle with the dealer than you can with scion... Just sayin.

And there's a 1k rebate. I had a way harder time driving this vs the Camaro, but this car is way more fun

Seems to be a few of these threads floating around, but I paid 23k with dealer fees included. I was forced to finance some of the vehicle, but will be paying it off shortly.
Paid taxes seperate when I registered the car. 2013, red FR-S, 6 speed, no options. 4 miles when I test drove it. This was like 2 months ago. |

$30K (Cdn) for the car with lots of goodies already on it as it was the dealer add on showcase vehicle in the showroom. About another $6K to the gov'mnt and all the other required fees.

I paid $24,500 with 1.9% financing for 5 yrs on a new base model 2014 FR-S. There's room for negotiation on your trade in. Just walk out of the dealership a few times and they'll eventually work with you. I didn't purchase any of the extra plans they try to sell you. The 2015's are a bit more with higher apr.
