Just read the post and agree, same turbo.

I don't think anyone has tried fitting a bigger turbo. It's REALLY tight down there....

Does the intercooler mount to the bumper beam with rivet nuts?

The packing slip doesn't say that there are rivet nuts included, but the instructions show the installation of rivet nuts with a rivet nut tool.

My kit arrives Wednesday and I'm just trying to prepare in advance

You can also carefully enlarge the bumper beam holes until they just fit.

You can just use two crescent wrenches, sockets, etc...Thats what i did. I didnt have a a riv nut tool large enough.

Basically, like this.

I didn't used the included rivets, I got a longer screw and installed the IC using the existing holes in the crash beam

Finished my install last night. It's with the tuner today. Can't wait to finally test her out.

I had a ton of trouble getting the front bumper to clip back on. I've read other have had this issue. What's the trick? What has everyone else done to make it fit like it's supposed to?

Prayed.... But seriously probably won't fit right ever again. I have seen stock on the lot twins with the loose bumpers. Such a shitty design.
