Came face to face with a Pearl White across robots. I could see the other driver felt the same.... DAMN...... the white looks so sexy......

New to the forum. Taking delivery of a pearl white 2 January. Two weeks of hell, trying to avoid seeing any 86's

Where you based? Not sure why you have to wait, as the vessel for December/Jan stock being issued from last week already.

Based in Honeydew.
For the first time ever made the head choice and decided to wait two weeks to register the car as a 2013 instead of 2012.
Tried to convince them to let me take it on dealer plates and then they register it in Jan but no go (Not too impressed with that), but what the hell will be worth the wait.

Congrats and i know the feeling.

I am doing the same, i agree it is hell and i was also a bit disappointed i could not take it now.

High or Low spec?

Why couldn't they give you temp plates? They're valid for 2 weeks if I'm not mistaken.

Driving with dealer plates would have been illegal most of the time because if I'm not mistaken you're not allowed to use them at night and you're not allowed to have a passenger. They're pretty much for moving cars between dealerships.

You can get temp plates but a few banks will not allow this.

There for the car has to leave the dealer registered and with the plates on.
