P0068 code on MAP turbo

So I just had DW injectors installed and was running FIC before with problems (found out they where faulty) but regardless I was driving today and upon coming off of the highway my car popped the P0068 code and went into limp mode. I can no longer pedal past half throttle without it dying down and defaulting to 2,000 RPMs. This is a new tune for a 3 bar and 700cc injectors. Do you think the scaling could be off? Or did one of the tubes pop off and how can I check to see if I tube did pop off.

A tube popping off usually results in a high idle... Try reloading map if it still does it go back to original map and try it.. MONITOR AFR and KNOCK CORRECTION if you try old map.. If it does not change look for a open or short to ground on the MAP circuit.
Basically this code is set with throttle open above 10% and and a difference between MAF and MAP correlation.

as above what justin said and also get your tuner to check the MAP sensor settings for whatever MAP sensor is installed.

they may have to also adjust the min/max expected voltage levels

P0068 is map sensor out of bounds or correlation error.

for example a omni 3 bar map sensor (your may be different and scalings can be in metric or imperial
3 Bar OMNI MAP sensor ECUTEK scaling in BAR

Omni 3 Bar MAP Sensor (Metric in Bar)
0.617 - MULTIPLIER
0.03 - OFFSET
scaling limits 0 - 4.75v

Manifold Pressure Sensor Limits - (CEL still comes on )
High Input CEL Above - 5.00v
Low Input CEL Below - 0.00v

or sometimes they just
Disable CEL P0103 and P0068 but safer to leave them in

Yup, P0068/0069 CEL limits need adjusting.

Can someone with a good running car, unplug the map sensor and measure each wire voltage so i can check to see if my wires are good. I need to find out if my map sensor is bad or if i have a break in the wire.

What are you seeing if you log the sensor voltage?

Long shot but did you figure this out? I'm dealing with something similar, and starting to suspect wiring instead of sensor.

so this is common? cause im on my base map tune for a brand new forced induction kit and this code came up after 10m of driving. is this something a tuner adjusts? obviously im just on the base map and theres more room to tweek but should i let the tuner know that it came on?

Yeah when you go fi you tend to use more of the sensor range so you often need to extend the cel trip points. Im assuming the sensor is ok and scaked correctly. You should see 1 bar or 14psi with ignition on and engine stopped, that atmospheric pressure

in the base map instructions i was told that i should see 0.0 boost at key on engine stopped? and to email them if it was more then .3 off. its a BAR 3 that he scaled if for cause i put it in my mod list that i sent him. when i checked it today its at 0.15 boost engine off. (this is on the openflash system)

Oft boost parameter is reliative to atmostpheric so yes it should read 0 or close to zero, from memory its in psi so a reading of 0.15 psi is fine atmospheric pressure varies a little with altitude.

It more likely the cel limit setting, the scaling seems ok
