Cam sensor leaking oil?

2013 frs, replaced short block

I saw some oil dripping from the bottom of engine on passenger side, while replacing headers. Oil got on the grounding wire on the bottom of the engine.

I'm pretty sure it's coming from the cam sensor, top passenger side. Got O rings from subaru and planning on changing the o ring.

Anyone else had this problem?

I'm not taking it the car back to the dealer, usually comes back with another problem.

I have a very slow leak, if we should even call it that. Early Harleys used an automatic lubrication system that drew oil from the oil pump to lubricate the primary chain. The oil would drop off from the primary chain into the primary chaincase, which had a drain hole that allowed oil to drop to the floor. They didn't leak tho, so I don't think my car is leaking either. It just has a hole somewhere that allows oil to drop to the pan under the engine
