Quick question guys, I'm needing to install an intercooler on my 210, I cheaped out and got a stage 1. Now my IAT's are too high.
I've read stories that the bolts break when trying to separate the supercharger, any truth to that? Am I gonna run into any trouble? |

Dumb question inc: Is it just me or has anyone else wondered or knows the answer as to why the sprintex innovate supercharger kit has a much smaller intercooler and intercooler piping than any other supercharger and turbos?

SPS 210 kit with 69mm pulley and intercooler.
Will this configuration support straight E85 on stock injectors and pump? If not, what is required? (Injector/pump size that is) |

Moto-east recommended to me larger injectors and fuel pump if going flex fuel. I'm guessing it's possible without, but may not getting the full potential as not enough fuel to reach the limit.

It is about where you want the fuel to hit. You can hit the target AF ratios with stock injectors close to 280 whp, but you'll be shooting that fuel in less than ideal places of the compression stroke. Using larger port injectors allows for keeping an optimal DI mixture/DI timings, less oil dilution, and more consistent power.

Assuming there was no further hardware progression, what size injectors and pump would you recommend to support optimum tuning on the SPS/69mm pulley kit? |

-DeatschWerks DW65c 9-651-1010 Fuel Pump kit -DeatschWerks 700cc Fuel Injectors as seen on his site: http://www.moto-east.com/store/ft86/ft86-fuel.html otherwise if only using pump gas, stick with stock injectors and fuel pump.

That's not to say it's not a good idea, but I haven't seen much evidence that it's a requirement. edit - just re-read this and realized it was mentioning the SPS blower. Yeah, probably need fuel for that Last edited by jwvand02; 12-24-2015 at 09:56 PM. |

Just wanted to follow up guys, the install went without a hiccup. No issues with bolts breaking. Only downside i found was the entire intake manifold needed to come out to properly reach the rear upside down bolts. Here's a video of my blower after about 10k. Very happy. and here are a few pics. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3Q...p=docslist_api https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3Q...p=docslist_api hope that worked ^ Last edited by White Momba; 12-24-2015 at 10:06 PM. |
