TRD Bumper Questions

I hate to resurrect a dead thread, but I haven't seen this answered anywhere on the forum. I'm considering getting a TRD bumper on my 2015 BRZ. Someone rolled into my rear and left a nice indent of their license plate in the black, plastic piece of my rear bumper.

1) I'll eventually get quad tips, but am wondering whether the stock 2015 exhaust tips will clear the TRD bumper. I believe the 2015 tips are larger than the 2013 ones, which I've seen on a TRD bumper.

2) Can I buy just the quad tips for my otherwise stock exhaust so it will look right? You know, rather than dropping $1000 on the TRD exhaust?

3) Can someone confirm whether or not any cutting is necessary for the TRD bumper? Does it go overtop my existing bumper? To clarify, I mean the TRD bumper not the small cutout to accommodate the quad tips.

Yes

Would require a bit of cutting and welding of the pipes if I am correct as it will not sit straight (someone can correct me on this)

Cutting is required into the black piece itself of the original bumper. The TRD bumper does not get cut itself.
