Since bicycle tires reach pressure very quickly, the pump doesn't really work so hard so it doesn't get warm. It's always fun to see low tech/level practical applications of theoretical stuff (physics, in this case PV=nRT) you learn in school...
So, MrDinkleman , how many houses do you have in California? Is the other house where your wife lives and you were at your mistresses house when the tire pressure went down? Don't they have air supply stations at the gas stations where your other house is? Oh, maybe the neighborhood is too rough to stop in there?

Sooo many questions ?? -

LOL "My other house" sounds more dramatic than reality. I bought a new house last year and I've been s-l-o-w-l-y cleaning/refurbishing it. Unfortunately my tools and stuff are split between the houses. Hope to move in a couple months then sell my first house to pay off my new house. Sorry. 😁😁😁

I finally have something original worth posting up here, but it was yesterday (I was too tired to post yesterday).

I drove from Chino to San Jose with my girlfriend's new pet bunny.
The poor thing was terrified at first .. living in a quiet cage and suddenly in a roaring car. It got comfortable after being held in a blanket though.

When I read FRS & Bunny in a “What I did to my car” thread I’m thinking:

Not:

This post belongs in the “Drove my car and did not crash” section.

Thanks! Not too worried about camber with this set of tires... If I get another 5-6k, I'll be happy.

Flipping tires, thats a trick I have used.

I don't know, but could my rear sway bar endlinks be too tight? I was not sure how long to adjust them.
Suggestions welcome! Thanks again!

What do you mean too tight? What symptom are you experiencing?

Pulling into a driveway slowly, like 1mph, it felt like one of my rear wheels lifted off the ground. I remember reading about something like this awhile ago...

My rear tires come off the ground and I spin on driveways all the time?

Probably did. Stiff sway bar with stiff springs. Race cars don't traverse uneven surfaces well. I've almost gotten stuck like that a few times. Really nothing you can do short of returning one or more parts to stock. Maybe set your sway bar to a lighter setting if you can

Thank you for the replies.

Ok, so it's a symptom of my modifications. I just didn't want to have something that I could change keep being a problem. I have the mildly stiffer Perrin sways set at the softest setting.

I got to work, and did my first doughnut in years to get a feel of how easy it breaks loose. (I'm the first one to get to work, and my parking lot is private property)

@Sapphireho Yes, I have experienced that too, pulling out of the same driveway. ( the CFN station where I get Clear premium, and pump my own gas! LOL )

Just part of having a low stiff car with swaybars.

I have no problem keeping wheels on the ground with my stock suspension.

My FR-S with stock suspension does that too while backing up out of my steep driveway, allowing one wheel to spin a bit.

Of course, while backing up, that's the least of my worries -
